Oneonta Gorge

As with everything in the Columbia Gorge, Oneonta Gorge is a well populated hike. But on a warm day, the water you're wading through is cold, and the surroundings are great! Basically for the whole hike, you're stuck in a slot canyon. The walls are mossy with ferns, and the creek bed is rocky. The lower Oneonta falls at the end are spectacular.

Just make sure to take all electronics out of your pants pockets before you go wading and it gets deeper than you expected...
