VanDusen Gardens

The VanDusen Botanical Gardens is such a beautiful, peaceful place. After a quick peek one evening, I came back for the entire following day, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Even though it is in the middle of the city, as soon as you get in, the noise of traffic dies away, and you enter this beautiful sanctuary. The ducks and Canada geese are entertaining too, although easy to avoid if you don't like them. This is one of my favorite spots in Vancouver, and I'm sure anyone who likes forests and ponds would love it as well.
