Sulfur Mountain

There is a gondola going up Sulfur Mountain. I hiked. Don't follow my example. It is a steep, crowded trail with few views of the valley. Once you get to the top, you can enjoy the decent view, or stand in line for an hour to get an icecream bar or ride the gondola back down.
If you haven't been to the top of a mountain and you want to get there quick, then this might be worth it, but the gondola at Whistler Mountain in Jasper is better. There is also a gondola at Sunshine (closer to Lake Louise) which is supposed to be pretty nice, but I have not been there yet.
