Peyto Lake Viewpoint

The Peyto Lake viewpoint is beautiful but very popular. There are lots of wildflowers if you go in the summer. (During the winter the snow is a little too deep to go anywhere, unless you have snowshoes or backcountry skis) It's a short (maybe 15 minute) hike along a paved trail. However, there are lots of other trails in the area as well, only a couple of which I've explored. It is north of Banff along the Icefields Parkway.
