Livingstone Range Hills

This is a quick little climb up a grassy ridge to a hill on the trailing end of the Livingstone Range. It takes about half an hour to get up there, and offers good views of the Frank Slide and many of the other mountains beyond.

The gravel road to get here is pretty bad though. Take the turnoff to the Frank Slide Interpretive Center, but instead of the tight turn, keep going straight across the texas gate, and up the terrible gravel road. Go until there is a hill on your left with a ridge of rocks. Park here, and walk up the ridge. If you have some typoe of offroad vehicle you could probably drive all the way up, although some of it is pretty steep.
