This is pretty much just a little picnic area / rest stop by the side of the highway. There are trails around the ponds, but they'll only take 20 minutes or so, and they don't gain any elevation. It's a beautiful little rest stop, but it looks like it might be crowded during the day in tourist season. (at 5 in the morning it's not crowded though) The ponds are a beautiful clear blue-green.
